Quantitative and qualitative analyse using CAD or prototyping and testing to verify the working principles of your design
We used the CAD file to verify the mechanical and electrical working principle of our design. For the electrical working principle we used some diagram to illustrate the flow of the pneumatic system and the wiring port of the PLC such as the Electronic Control Diagram with IO Assignment Table, Flow Chart and the Pneumatic Diagram. The Electronic Control Diagram can show the input port and the output port. It is convenient for our group mates to check the address of the input and output. Moreover, the Pneumatic Diagram can verify the working of the cylinder to our group and the user. Consequently, we can install the pneumatic cylinder more easily.
For the mechanical working principle, we used the Solidworks for verify the location and the procedures of our robot. By using the soildworks Improved collaboration drives new ideas and expands opportunities. With SolidWorks solutions, our team can easily manage the data of the different parts of the robot. The most important purpose of SolidWorks is automate workflows, and securely share design data with our group mates and with our client (Mingji Electronics Technology Group) . We can deliver compelling product detail to Mingji with representations of 3D models and some 2D drawings before our manufacture process.
