CNC Programming
We used CNC programming for design and construct the surface of the control box. The control box contain the touch panel, E-stop and the E-light. Thus, the size of box should be fit for these divices. Also,the design software(AutoCad) allows us to simulate the manufacture of our design. There is no need to make a prototype or a model, saves time and money. Moreover, the CNC can provide a high degree of quality because of their accuracy and their ability to reuse programs.

Wire Cutting
We also chose the wire cut method for the mounting of the stopper. The structure of this mounting is throught all. Because of the precision, wire cut for substitute of wire cut machines, we are increasingly discovering that this part can be more economically produced with wire cut, rather than with conventional machining.
Benefits of wire cutting:
1. Tolerances of +/- 0.005mm can be achieved
2. Material hardness does not effect process
3. Cutting complex shape
4. Stress-Free and Burr-Free Cutting

In our machine, some of the parts we need to modifies such as drilling or facing. Lathe machine is the best choice for us to do the production.The lathe machine tool shapes an object by cutting, sanding, drilling or formation with tool by rotating the object on its axis.

Band Saw
Bandsaw cutting is a cutting procedure carried out with a multi-edge cutting tool. It enables planar or two dimensional cutting along a line. The major movement is done by the tool which can have alternating, single direction infinite or rotating action. Machine sawing is done by using an infinite saw blade or slitting saw. The teeth on the tool depend on the quality of the material to be worked.

Punching is a metal forming process that uses a punch press to force a tool, through the workpiece to create a hole via shearing. The punch often passes through the work into a die. Punching is often the cheapest method for creating holes in sheet metal in medium to high production volumes. When a specially shaped punch is used to create multiple usable parts from a sheet of material the process is known as blanking.
