Compare with the 6061-T6 Aluminum and the 5052 Aluminum properties we can easily see that most of the mechanical properties of 6061-T6 Aluminum are higher than 5052 Aluminum by compared the following properties:
PolyurethanesPolyurethanes are the most flexibility plastic in the industory. The use of the polyurethane can be a cushion. It is low density but a higher abrasion resistance. Also, it has a good thermal insulation and strength to maintain a long life. The rubber is selected as supporting leg due to the high coefficient of friction. It is also selected as Z-axis adjustable material by high elasticity.
Polyurethane TubingIn the machine, we need to use tubing to contain high pressure gas. The materials of choosing those tubing should be considered. We finally chose the polyurethane tubing in our machine.

Stainless SteelIn our machine, the material of the surface on control box is using Stainless Steel. That surface should be written the logo and name of the company. Comparing with the aluminium, stainless steel is more strength the wear resistance.
